Practitioner

Gail Mead, MS, LAc, received a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from New York Chiropractic College in 2012 and is currently a licensed acupuncturist in New York and is nationally certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.   Gail has clinical experience working with all age groups and with a variety of health issues including back and sciatic pain, joint and muscle pain, headaches, women’s health issues, digestive issues, stress, anxiety and depression.

Gail is a lifelong resident of Central New York and currently lives in Baldwinsville.   She worked more than 20 years as administrative and adjunctive staff in Syracuse hospitals and agencies.  She has had a lifelong interest in alternative health and healing modalities and was first introduced to acupuncture as a patient.  She was fascinated not only by the effectiveness of her treatment, but by the theory behind it, and then made the decision to return to school to pursue Acupuncture as a career.
